In 2015, the ISO 9001 standard underwent a revision, placing a greater emphasis on providing industry-leading customer service. Utilising tools to monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve. This shift aligned with the objective of Telenova putting the customer at the forefront and being guided by their needs and feedback. This is what drove them to look at obtaining UKAS ISO 9001 Certification.


Their supplier highly recommended Interface NRM,  as the Certification Body to help them obtain UKAS ISO 9001 Certification.

Implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) can be a daunting task, but it doesn’t have to be. One of the biggest challenges for Telenova was translating the technical language of the ISO standard into terms that make sense for their organisation. However, once they had a clear understanding of the requirements and how they apply to the business, developing and implementing a QMS was found to be an enjoyable and rewarding experience.


At Telenova, they believe certification is key to maintaining high standards whilst also constantly improving their services for their clients. By undergoing the certification processes, they are able to focus on areas that need improvement and ensure that we are providing the best possible service.
