Your ISO Certification data protected

Your ISO Certification data, is protected!

You will be relieved to hear that the protection of your data and personal information, collected through the ISO Certification process, is of high importance to us here at Interface. That’s why we recently switched our IT provider to Start Tech.

Our new provider offers the following benefits to Interface. These will hopefully reassure all of our customers that we are doing our utmost to ensure their data is safe.

Conditional Access. This is a set of policies that sit within Microsoft 365 and are used to control access to 365 services and applications.

Multi-Factor Authentication. You may have come across Multi-factor authentication during your personal or work internet browsing. It is an electronic method in which a user is granted access to a website or application only after successfully presenting 2 or more pieces of evidence to authenticate themselves.

Zero Trust Network Access. This is achieved by software installed on our computers called SGN Connect. SGN creates a secure link over the internet and protects our connections to the internet, regardless of where we are.

Anti-virus software (Sentinel One). Our anti-virus software leverages technologies such as AI, Sandboxing, and ZeroTrust ensuring that it is always ahead of the game.

Removal of administrative privileges on day-to-day accounts. All of our requests for change are approved by at least one nominated member of staff – primarily one of our Directors. A request for change could be installing new software, requesting access to files/folders, and also for new starters/leavers.

Bitlocker disk encryption. A data protection feature that integrates with our operating system. It addresses threats of data theft and also exposure from lost, stolen, or inappropriately decommissioned computers.
