We have striven to keep fee increases to a minimum over the past years but we are now in the position of needing to raise them by 3% this year in order to go some way towards alleviating the impact of increasing costs on Interface’s side and at the same time ensuring that, as a Certification Body, we continue to fully comply with the requirements of ISO 17021 (which is essentially ‘ISO 9001 for Certification Bodies’).

Please note that we are increasing the amount of training and resources available – free of charge to you and your colleagues – including regular training and support webinars and useful advisory information, templates, workbooks, and core documents via the new client portal on Interface’s website. We encourage you to take full advantage of these resources and don’t hesitate to be in touch with suggestions if you would like us to tailor events and resources to specific interests or needs.

If you would like to discuss this in more detail please contact the office on 01952 288325.
