Including analysis, planning, selection, implementation, migration, and also support.

What drove you to obtain ISO Certification?

Quality is at the heart of everything we do. Firstly with us promoting a culture of continuous improvement through regular training and quality reviews.

As a result, our clients receive fresh thinking as well as a consistent approach to assignments.

We require ISO 9001 Certification to provide services to the public sector.

More importantly, we wished to constantly challenge ourselves to continuously improve for the benefit of our clients, staff, and partners.

What attracted you to use Interface for your Certification?

From the very first contact, Interface came across as incredibly friendly.

With an easy-to-understand proposal for the process, we would need to go through to gain certification.

We also loved the idea of an initial “gap-analysis” review to highlight areas we would need to focus on before the formal audit took place.

Given the benefits, we knew the process would bring we considered the proposal to be of great value.

How have you found the process with Interface?

The process with Interface has always been clear, well communicated, and also well explained.

This has really helped us ensure that we prepared everything in good time.

Allowing us to build all of the improvements into our everyday working lives.

I’m always really impressed with the planning of the annual external audits.

Additionally, the assessor’s preparation and the clear structure to the assessment days themselves have been enjoyable.
