You may have seen that I have just changed the subject of our April 2022 webinar.

Don’t worry this does not mean that the existing subject has been cancelled. It has just been pushed back to the next quarter and will take place in July.

The April webinar will now discuss the new customer portal on the Interface NRM website. I will show you how to access it and what you can expect to see when you are logged on.

A number of the Interface team will also be joining me on the webinar, as part of a meet the team section.

At the end of the presentation, there will be a short Q & A session which will allow you to ask questions to any members of the team who are in attendance.

The new customer portal

The portal will be used going forwards as a central repository for all of your information.

Following your next audit, it will house your audit reports and certificates. In addition to this,  if you are a Chain of Custody certificate holder any trademark approvals will show within here too.

You can also obtain all of the standards/documents relevant to the standards you hold. This will include any updates to the standards etc which you need to be made aware of.

Also, all of our executive briefings which are sent out quarterly to all clients, contain important information which we need to make accessible to you.

With the vast majority of our client base now having access to their own portal, I thought that this would be an ideal opportunity to talk you through the benefits.
