UKAS CertCheck ‘Go-Live’ date set
Great news! The UKAS CertCheck ‘Go-Live’ date is set.
We are very pleased to announce that at long-last UKAS has introduced an online database of certificates, which allows simple and online verification of the validity of claims of UKAS accredited certification, which will go live on the 16th of June.
This will be used by potential purchasers for pre-qualification checks, tender evaluations and quality control, and you can refer your customers to the database to verify your certification.
UKAS have developed a useful publicity pack and factsheet that you can use in your communications.
In addition to this, they have created a suite of CertCheck promotional material. All of which are now downloadable from within the logo section of your client portal area. We have to enter your details into the UKAS database, administer the information and check it during each audit. We reluctantly need to pass on some of these costs and will be charging a below-cost fee of £35 + VAT for each certificate you hold with us. We will invoice for this on 1st July 2022. After that, we will be invoicing at the commencement of each calendar year.
