Charlotte celebrates 10 years with Interface NRM!

Last week Charlotte Smallwood-Beeston, our dedicated Telford Office Manager, celebrated 10 years of service at Interface NRM.

Charlotte started with Interface NRM as an administrator in our office carrying out all client administration and answering incoming phone calls. She survived a temporary relocation to Wolverhampton. All of our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 clients will have spoken to Charlotte over the years. We also regularly receive comments on her fantastic customer service skills. She is a very experienced member of our office team and has a wide range of knowledge of our back office processes.

She has recently been promoted to the role of Office Manager, recognising her contribution to ISO certification and hard work at Interface NRM over the last decade. Charlotte is now responsible for coordinating client appointments, and management of the small office. She is also due to embark on a further expansion of her role as HR Manager.
