ISO Accreditation or ISO Certification

What is the difference between ISO Accreditation & ISO Certification?

As a UKAS Accredited Certification Body, we often get asked by clients for ISO Accreditation.

Although Certification and Accreditation are linked, they carry very different meanings. But what is the difference between ISO Accreditation & ISO Certification?

Are Interface NRM Accredited or Certified?

Interface NRM is a UKAS Accredited Certification Body.

This means that we have been recognised by UKAS, as a competent Certification Body to carry out ISO Certification/audits.

As a UKAS Accredited Certification Body, we will conduct audits on our clients, and dependent on the findings of these audits, we can then issue Certification against the relevant Standard. The standards we are able to certify against are ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSC or PEFC.

How can I apply for ISO Certification?

Interface NRM is a UKAS & ASI Accredited Certification Body, with offices based in Telford, Shropshire, and Bournemouth.

We are able to provide our clients with UKAS ISO 9001 2015, UKAS ISO 14001 2015, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, FSC® and PEFC Certification services.

This week our auditors have been busy certifying a company in the construction industry against OHSAS 18001, in Wolverhampton.

If you would like further information on our accreditation or gaining certification for your company. One of our dedicated team would be more than happy to assist you with this.

We can be contacted on 01952 288325, by initiating a live chat on our website, or by using our contact us form.
