Trademark Registration List

FSC® has published on November 30th 2018, an updated Trademark Registration List. Check out the new registrations of the ‘Forests For All Forever’ marks in the EU and China as well as a number of other updates.

New language versions of the trademark training courses available for certificate holders?

If you are a certificate holder but have not yet completed the trademark training course, why not do it now? You can access the training portal here.

Spanish, French and Mandarin versions of the FSC® Trademark Training Course for certificate holders are now available, together with an English version that was launched earlier this year. The course explains FSC-STD-50-001 V2-0.

Revision of special approvals

FSC® is currently revising the special approvals for FSC® trademark use granted under the previous version of the standard. They have already reached out to many to establish if the special approvals are still in use or not, as well as to check if the new standard FSC-STD-50-001 V2-0 provides a solution that could replace the previously granted special approval. They expect some of the special approvals to be discontinued, and some to be transitioned to FSC-STD-50-001 V2-0.
