Transparency

One of the key elements we work to is transparency with our clients. This is why feedback is so very important to us.

First of all, of course, we like to know that we have provided the best service we possibly can. Secondly, we like people to be able to see genuine, original feedback from our clients. This way you know the level of service you can expect to receive from us.

Following on from this all of our quotes are all-inclusive. There are no hidden costs within the quotes. What you see IS what you will pay.

In addition to this we have just made our ISO quotations even more transparent. As you may know following on from your certification audit we have to visit you annually to ensure that you meet the requirements of the standard.

We must perform 2 surveillance audits, followed by a recertification audit on the 3rd year.

What a lot of UKAS Certification Bodies do not tell you is that the cost for this recertification audit is not included in the original pricing. Meaning that some companies are stung with an unexpected bill in on the third visit.

This is not the case with Interface NRM. The amount we quote you for the annual visit is an ongoing cost, and the recertification cost is also incorporated within this.
